Jury Chechi

Jury Chechi, 55, is one of Italy’s greatest gymnasts and the gold medalist on rings at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Born in Prato, he discovered his passion for artistic gymnastics as a child and found his true calling in the rings, becoming a symbol of strength and determination. In 2004, he amazed everyone by returning to compete at the Athens Olympics, where he earned a bronze medal—one he describes as “more precious than gold”—after recovering from a serious injury. After retiring from competition, he founded the Jury Chechi Academy and developed the JCC method focused on calisthenics. As an author and entrepreneur, he is now a leading figure in the world of sports and physical well-being.
