I’m Sara, a Yoga teacher and founder of the La Scimmia Yoga project. I have traveled around the world to study and teach Yoga. For me, yoga is a challenging path filled with wonderful surprises. I’ve been practicing for many years now, and sharing it with others is one of my greatest joys. The style I teach, Vinyasa yoga, is very active and fluid, and I love the vibrant energy it creates within me. Off-screen, I’m also someone who enjoys immersing myself in reading for hours (preferably a fantasy book) and sinking into the couch!
