Polestar certified Pilates teacher, qualified in Matwork since 2016 and in Studio since 2021, currently training in the Mentorship Program. Alongside this, she pursues a dance journey that began at age 9 and was further developed, at a professional level, through the MASA International Dance Program of the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company. She has worked as a freelance dancer (Milano Contemporary Ballet, Déjà Donné, resiDUE), integrating this experience today into her approach to movement and teaching.
