Luca Anzano, 26, lives and works in Milan and is PT at Virgin Active centres as well as presenter at the most important fitness events in Italy, including RiminiWellness. He collaborates with various brands and with UpTv, a TV station with which he produces fitness content and training advice aired in all metro stations and airports in Italy.
Having suffered from an autoimmune disease, he started training to try and focus on an aspect of himself that he could control. Today he tries to help people believe in their abilities by trying to make fitness accessible to everyone by making them sweat and have fun.
