Luca Mauriello

Raised between Emilia-Romagna and Campania, he has built his professional career by combining economic expertise with a strong vocation for territorial development, with particular attention to the dynamics of inner areas. After graduating in Economics and Business in 2005 from the University of Sannio, with a thesis in Marketing, he embarked on a career as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. His professional trajectory, however, soon distinguished itself through an orientation that goes beyond traditional consultancy. In 2008 he founded PROJENIA SCS, a community of professionals which, under his leadership, has established itself as an operational platform for local development, social planning and the activation of regeneration processes in fragile territories. In this field, he has gained significant experience in building complex partnerships, managing funded programmes and designing interventions capable of generating social and economic impact, especially in inner areas characterised by depopulation, marginalisation and lack of services. His approach integrates strategic vision and operational capability: he works to transform territorial needs into concrete projects, activating networks between public bodies, the third sector and businesses. The projects he promotes aim to strengthen local communities, enhance endogenous resources and create new opportunities for sustainable and inclusive development. Luca does not define himself merely as a manager or a technician: he is a bridge-builder between dreams and opportunities, between institutions and communities, between the present and the future. His motto, 'alle idee diamo forma e sostanza', is not a simple statement of intent, but an operational guideline that shapes his every choice, translating vision and expertise into tangible results for the territories.
