Marianna Valsecchi, born in Bari, I started studying with Polestar education in 2000, after obtaining my certification in pilates matwork I also attended the studio course. I have been a pilates matwork mentor. In the meantime, I graduated in law with a thesis: 'sports associations in the tax field'. I continue to attend refresher and specialisation courses. Personal trainer, hypopressive gymnastics, functional and postural gymnastics. To date I have been working in the sector for 26 years and I collaborate with a medical practice. I love applying pilates to categories of people with pathologies, with excellent results.
