Driven by a visceral passion for dance from the very beginning, I graduated as a classical dancer according to the prestigious American NDCA method. Since 2016 I have been part of the Polestar Pilates family, a journey that began with my specialization as a Matwork instructor. My technical and didactic evolution reached a new important milestone in 2024, the year in which I obtained my second certification as a Studio instructor. Dynamic, versatile and engaging, offering a deep, mindful and energy-filled training experience.
