Maurizio Castellano

Maurizio Castellano born in 1967, happily married to Sabrina with whom I share life and work. Karate master c.n. v Dan, massage therapist, fitness trainer, personal trainer, Polestar Pilates certified trainer. I entered the world of teaching physical activity in 1985 as a gymnastics and karate instructor and since then I have never stopped; working in the fitness world I had the opportunity to collaborate with various companies as a presenter and trainer. In the 2000s I encountered the Pilates method for the first time and, studying it as an enthusiast, I became a mentor and educator of the international school Polestar Pilates. Since 2017 I have been collaborating as a teacher with a leading massage school. I currently manage a Pilates and wellness studio in my city, Livorno, and continue my work as a trainer. I also collaborate with a business consulting company, promoting and proposing personal and corporate improvement activities and strategies to businesses and private clients.
