Monica Verri She has been a physical education teacher since 1982. She has always dedicated herself to postural and re-educational activities for the physiological functionality of the body, especially in the female field. She has been a certified Pilates teacher since 2007 at the prestigious American Polestar school. For several decades she has been supporting pregnant women in their childbirth preparation journey. After becoming certified as a teacher in the Multidisciplinary Hypopressive Method, she has also become a professional trainer at the national level.
