Paolo Cavini (Castel San Pietro Terme, October 4, 1973) has been President of CNA Emilia-Romagna since February 2022, leading over 60,000 regional artisan businesses and SMEs and representing them at institutional tables. Former regional CNA vice president and two-term president of CNA Imola, he has been an entrepreneur since 1998, heading Antica Rosa s.r.l. Since April 29, 2025, he has served as coordinator of the Regional Table for Entrepreneurship.
