Simona Tedesco

Simona Tedesco, with a degree in Philosophy, is Editorial Director of Multimedia Projects at Rcs Mediagroup and Director of the Dove system. She is a journalist specialized in launching new projects and has done so several times throughout her career, moving from print to web to radio. From monthly magazines like Dove, Gulliver and Capital, Insieme, Io e il Mio Bambino, to weeklies like Donna Moderna and A (Anna), she has designed and coordinated radio R101, directed digital editorial start-ups such as Mondadori.com and Leiweb.it, created brand websites and developed communication formats on social networks and in the field. In 2016, she won the 8th edition of the "Biagio Agnes" International Journalism Award for the Tourism and Culture category. In 2018, she won the 12th edition of the Guidarello Award for authorial journalism in Tourism. In 2023, she received the "Città di Castelsardo" Award for Travel Journalism. Scientific Director of the Tourism & Luxury Travel Management Master's program at Rcs Academy Business School and Lecturer at the Master's in Cultural and Artistic Heritage Management, she gives lectures as a special guest at Bocconi University Milan, Catholic University Brescia, and University of Padua. She is on the Advisory Board of Start Up Italia and the Advisory Board of BTO.
