Simone Padovan

Simone Padovan, movement teacher and professional, born in Rome on August 25, 1975. Raised between Rome and Pomezia, he graduated from the Scientific High School of Pomezia with a passion for sport, particularly swimming and athletics. After beginning his studies in Law, he decided to follow his true vocation in the world of fitness and the human body. Professional background In 1996 he obtained the FGI certification for teaching Aerobics, followed by a specialization in Step. In the late 1990s he earned the ACE certification as a Personal Trainer, consolidating his skills in individual training programming. The turning point came in 2002, with the certification in Pilates Matwork and Studio at Polestar Pilates Italia, one of the international reference centers for the Pilates method. Since then, he has dedicated himself to the in-depth study of postural control and functional rehabilitation through movement. Since 2005 he has been a lecturer for the Polestar Pilates Italia training school, teaching in the Mat and Studio programs. In this role he trains instructors throughout Italy, conveying an approach to Pilates based on anatomy, biomechanics and technical precision. Alongside his teaching activities, he has worked in the most exclusive clubs and Pilates centers in Rome, working with both private clients and athletes with athletic preparation and postural recovery needs.
