The 'Zen Studio Pilates' training school was born from the collaboration with Pilatech and later with Bodyexercisepilates in order to create high-level courses for the training of qualified instructors, participating in the creation of innovative machinery to meet the needs of students and adapt the method to today's lifestyle.
All our courses are recognised by the C.O.N.I. with the qualification of certified instructor and include the certificate of specialisation and the CONI Instructor technical card.

3 Complete Lessons with all the Advanced exercises of the Pilates Matwork repertoire connected by smooth transitions to move from one position to another to develop the muscles on all work planes.
