Cristian Campana

After practicing swimming and tennis from a young age and working as a Level 1 gym instructor while teaching Krav Maga and self-defense courses, he followed his innate passion and dedicated himself to Pilates.

He earned the Advanced Level Pilates Instructor diploma from the Italian Fitness Federation and World Pilates, with specializations in Pilates Matwork and Pilates Stretching. Cristian is the founder of the Zen Studio Pilates Instructor Training School.

He attended the best training schools in Italy, participating privately in various training workshops with Serafino Ambrosio of Polestar and Anna Maria Vitale of Fisicamente Formazione. Cristian is also specialized in Pilates Cadillac and Reformer, Pilates Pathologies, Pilates Props, Pilates One to One, and Piloga.

He obtained qualifications as an AcquaPilates and Pilates Flying instructor and attended workshops on Bilateral Integration. He participated in the Holistic Approach to the Pelvis Conference in 2013 and in recent editions of the International Pilates Convention. Cristian was a Presenter at the opening edition of the Toscana Fitness Festival in Chianciano Terme. At RiminiWellness 2012, he won first place in the Fit Crossing competition.

Over the years, he collaborated with Pilatech to develop a Reformer that meets all sector needs, and in 2014, during the ninth edition of RiminiWellness, he presented the Reformer Split Pilatech, for which he is the main training coordinator.

In 2020, he began collaborating with the Italian manufacturing company Grandi Macchine Body Exercises, and in 2022, he contributed to the development of the Postural Wall Unit, a hybrid tool that replicates Cadillac work protocols within Matwork space. In 2023, at RiminiWellness, he was a Presenter in the private Pilates Junction area, introducing the Wall Postural Unit to the public.

Cristian is the co-founder of the Zen Studio Pilates & Wellness Center, where he serves as Technical Director.
