Pilates Matwork Advanced
From Posture to Functional
Posture meets Toning: these two integrated concepts help improve and develop functional, elongated muscles from head to toe, combining near-maximal loading for strength with the activation of the deep postural muscles.
The Advanced Pilates Matwork classes create a complete core workout, designed to develop the perfect balance between kinetic chains and stabilizing muscles.
Deep muscles will be specifically recruited to enhance the effectiveness of the superficial muscle groups, with particular focus on the pelvic floor, transverse abdominis, and obliques — key elements often responsible for poor posture.
