IEG, THE FOURTH EDITION OF RIMINIWELLNESSOFF, THE “OFF-SHOW” EVENT THAT PROMOTES WELLNESS IN THE TERRITORY

Rimini, 28-31 May 2026 – The fourth edition of RiminiWellnessOFF, the "off-show" event for the world of fitness and wellness, promoted by Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) and the Municipality of Rimini, was officially presented in the Council Boardroom.

The project, which is increasingly strategic for the wellness panorama, will accompany RiminiWellness (The Wellness Experience Show, at Rimini Expo Centre from 28^th to 31^st May) on its twentieth anniversary, with an extensive programme of physical activity, health and sports events for everyone, transforming the entire urban area and the Riviera into a large, lively and pulsating stage.

Once again, RiminiWellnessOFF will confirm its status, not only as a dynamic off-show event for the wellness world’s entire ecosystem, but also and above all, as an extraordinary opportunity to promote the local area and actively involve the citizens and community through the numerous initiatives that will take place outside the confines of the Expo Centre and embrace the whole city. From the historic centre to the Sea Park and the coast, each venue will play a key role in a collective experience under the banner of energy and sharing.

“Due to the value and variety of the proposals and the many areas it involves, RiminiWellnessOFF is establishing a reputation as a veritable outdoor extension of the trade show. A network of initiatives and events that spread the energy of RiminiWellness throughout the city in an extraordinary weekend that comes at the end of a May of great events, and which launches us into the summer season. The RiminiWellnessOFF schedule is an invitation to everyone, guests and residents, to move and to experience urban areas as places of wellness, designed to promote free time,” said Rimini mayor, Jamil Sadegholvaad, at the press conference hosted this morning in the Town Hall.

As Italian Exhibition Group CEO, Corrado Peraboni, explained, “RiminiWellnessOFF continues to broaden the scope of the trade show by actively involving the local community and the numerous visitors expected to arrive in the Rimini area. This year's packed calendar, thanks to the synergy between IEG and the Municipality of Rimini and the contribution of companies, associations and sports organisations, will take the exhibition’s contents to the entire city and the Riviera with a dynamic and inclusive offer. Having this extension of RiminiWellness around the territory not only offers the show’s visitors the chance to discover our city’s peculiarities, it also promotes acknowledging Rimini as an international city of sport, given the growing visibility that the event is also acquiring among the foreign public. This year our exhibition halls will already be seeing an increase - thanks also to the precious support of the Italian Trade Agency in promoting Italian companies and their internationalisation abroad - of over 250 buyers, and industry leaders who will be speaking in our arenas.”

Moreover, this year, the RiminiWellnessOFF experience will be focusing greatly on running which, as a discipline, will allow us to connect what happens at the show and what happens in the city, in the centre and at the Sea Park. Running is an evergreen trend that, in recent years, has become an inclusive and democratic moment of aggregation around which communities that combine movement, sociality and entertainment can grow. Ola Movement, Fluxo and Runi Running Club, Rimini area realities that collaborate all year round with RiminiWellness, will be staging many of their activities during the OFF.”

At the 20^th anniversary edition of RiminiWellness, with its 30 halls (amounting to a total of 190,000 square meters of indoor and outdoor space and 6 themed areas dedicated to fitness, wellness, sport and healthy eating), professionals from all over the world, leading companies and enthusiasts will meet up again to offer an updated and complete vision of trends in health, movement and quality of life.

RiminiWellnessOFF 2026 events will include:

·       Edicola OFF – the RiminiWellnessOFF headquarters in the heart of Borgo San Giuliano, a point of reference for Rimini residents and tourists. A customization of the historic newsstand where some OFF calendar events will be held to tell the story of Rimini’s historic centre in collaboration with local venues.

·       The Miley Relay – An event prior to RiminiWellnessOFF specifically for the running world to celebrate the 2^nd birthday of Ola Movement, the Rimini running club. A relay in the name of sport in the suggestive Ponte di Tiberio area and in the heart of the Marecchia Park, followed by a DJ set at EdicolaOFF. Wednesday 27^th May, from 6.30 pm.

·       Spuma Sport Launch – A debut aperitif for the magazine edited by Federica Piersimoni in a 100% Sport guise, created in collaboration with RiminiWellness. Thursday 28^th May, from 7.30 pm.

·       Matcha Miles – two invitational running events organised by Sofia Montagna and her running community, which will combine running and aperitif/breakfast based on Matcha latte. Friday 29^th and Sunday 31^st.

·       The Running Club Reunion – the first and largest running reunion in Italy with 28 running clubs arriving from all over Italy on the invitation of RiminiWellnessOFF and Ola Movement. An event sponsored by Brooks with the participation of The Fashion Jogger, aka Lisa Migliorini, runner and influencer with 3 million followers. A 5km run along the Sea Park and aperitif at La Lella. Saturday 30^th May, from 6 pm.

·       Community Reunion by Powerade Hydro Active – the Powerade experience continues outside the Expo Centre with a special Pilates lesson at sunset with three exceptional guests: Silvia Fascians, Luca Famiglietti and Laura Crugnola. An event designed to celebrate a lifestyle of balance, self-care and daily movement in authentic Powerade Hydro Active™ style. Saturday 30^th May, 6.30 pm at the L. go Boscovich Free Beach. The CONI and Club Nautico Sports Village on Friday and Saturday at the Largo Boscovich Free Beach.

·       Mind Your Business, an immersive meditation session accompanied by a live DJ session at dawn on the City Museum’s Ala Nuova terrace in collaboration with God Save The Chill and Miracle Of Mind. Sunday 31^st May, at 6 am.

·       Runimental Run – a 'run' amongst the town centre sights accompanied by a tourist guide who will explain the city’s artistic heritage. The route will end at the Necessaire, where the energy of sport gives way to conviviality with pizza and DJ sets. An event organised in collaboration with partners Runi Running Club and Tredicimetriquadri.

·       Fluxo Sunrise Run – A 5 km walk or 10 km run at dawn, suitable for everyone, on Saturday 30^th May at 6 am, and a further appointment with Fluxo on Saturday evening, from 8.30 pm, in Piazzale Kennedy for the Fluxo All-In, an unforgettable evening of training and entertainment with workout sessions, special guests and Beer Yoga. The MOAB Court, again on Saturday afternoon and evening, will be staging the usual “Rimini Riviera Tournament” in collaboration with Riviera Basket: 4 teams from different Italian regions, starting at 2 pm.

·       The culture that heals at the Francesca da Rimini Arena. The event, organised by the EYOS Orchestra, aims to combine music, dance and information on the value of health and cultural participation in a public moment on World Multiple Sclerosis Day. The evening will include a historical fencing performance by ASD Sala D'Arme Achille Marozzo Romagna.

·       Wellness Talks, four events created and coordinated by Luigi Angelini, offering an in-depth analysis of the main themes related to wellness and prevention, from Thursday to Sunday at Sun Padel.

·       BeBike Experience, an appointment on Sunday 31^st May in collaboration with Shark Sport Events, that will combine sport, discovery of the area and authentic emotions. The itinerary aims to promote the territory and is suitable for all levels, from enthusiasts to amateurs.

·       20^th Celebration Party – a DJ set by Prezioso in the square in front of Rimini Expo Centre to celebrate 20 years of RiminiWellness. The party will include a preview teaser of the Italian version of Physical100, a Netflix production to be aired as from October.

·       RiminiWellnessOFF - RockIsland “Love Generation” closing aperitif: the sun will set on the Adriatic as the first notes of the DJ set begin to warm up the atmosphere for the last aperitif of RiminiWellnessOFF. Sunday 31^st May, from 7.30 pm.

And then there will also be padel, walking football, historical fencing, archery, rollerblading, dissemination with Postura da Paura and numerous activities organised by the CUS (University Sports Centre) of Bologna, which will involve the Alma GYM and Piazza Malatesta, as well as Technogym training islands in the Sea Park, Italian Dynamic Military Gymnastics to set the entire Rimini beach in motion, and much more.
