Rimini, 30th April 2026 – In a fitness market that is evolving towards a perfect synthesis between health and leisure, the human factor is still the strategic lever for driving change. RiminiWellness 2026, the Italian Exhibition Group event scheduled to take place at Rimini Expo Centre and on the Riviera from 28th to 31st May, will make the protagonists of this transformation the focus of its twentieth edition. Under the claim “Go Through”, the event will act as the point of convergence between the inspiration of top creators and the technical expertise of international professionals, offering an itinerary where physical and mental activation merge into a single evolutionary process.
VOICES AND FACES OF WELLNESS: THE ENERGY OF THE MAIN AMBASSADORS
The event’s energy comes to life through the names of the Main Ambassadors who have been able to transform sporting passion into daily narrative. Davide Campagna, for example, founder of the Cotto al Dente community, who will tell the story between training and functional cuisine, while the holistic universe and fluidity of Vinyasa Yoga will find their maximum expression with Sara from La Scimmia Yoga. Presenter, athlete and well-known face Jill Cooper will celebrate the event’s twenty years by transforming Hall A4 of Levissima +, Hydration partner of RiminiWellness, into a veritable gym for the soul: between Superjump sessions and the Fluid discipline, the aim will be to provide practical tools to overcome a person’s limits and rediscover their strength at any age. Athletic prestige will be guaranteed by world-famous bodybuilder Andrea Presti, while the international event’s story will be told by Lisa Migliorini, aka The Fashion Jogger, in her role as Main International Ambassador. The running icon, who has over six million followers, will lead the Running Club Reunion, one of the main events of RiminiWellness OFF, which will start from Piazzale Kennedy in Rimini on Saturday 30th May.
EXPERTISE AND DISSEMINATION: THE AMBASSADORS’ CONTRIBUTION
The programme will bring together the sector’s various souls through high profiles able to intercept new market trends. The lifestyle and sport segment will feature Alvise Rigo, an Italian actor, model and former rugby player with a great passion for fitness and an active lifestyle. Silvia Fascians will lead training sessions aimed at creating a harmonious balance between body, mind and spirit. Scientific dissemination linked to nutrition will be overseen by Dr. Laura Crugnola, who will explain the pillars of Healthy Aging in the Wellness Arena, offering an anti-aging vision of sports nutrition. Rounding up The Food and Nutrition world will be Giuseppe Healthy and the 2FoodFitLovers couple, Raffaele and Caterina, who have been able to transform their passion for functional cuisine into successful brands. Another new attendance for 2026 will be Mocho from MeatCrew in a special colab with Andrea Presti. Marti Cops will meet her community, inspired by her determination to aim ever higher, while the energy of professional trainers Nicolò Famiglietti and Luca Anzano will also be on stage.
PERFORMANCE AND INNOVATION: THE BEATING HEART OF THE THEMATIC STAGES
The connection between the exhibition areas immediately becomes real at the Golden Stage in Hall B4, where the winning synergy between Fiteducation and Barilla Protein + will be back. Great attention will be paid to personal evolution at the Women Summit, an in-depth look at hormonal health which will be echoed in the holistic refuge of the Deva Yogamynd School between Halls B5 and D5. Sponsored by Milk Pro, this area will host two debuts: The New Menopause, Sayonara Motta's course designed to transform female prevention into body awareness through meditation and targeted asanas, and the Infinity Bands method, developed by Dr. Andreia Monteiro: a system based on principles of neuromechanical organisation to improve stability and performance through neurodynamic stimulation and constant tension control. Energy will change pace in Hall C5 on the stage of MyPersonalTrainer and Cross Cardio, a point of reference for high intensity, while the power of the Uliveto Stage, under the artistic direction of R3BEL in Hall C3, will dictate an incessant rhythm with DJs and vocalists, converging on Saturday at noon in the Forever Young masterclass. This manifesto of belonging and connection will be orchestrated by 25 international presenters including Guillermo Gonzales Vega and Laura Cristina, merging stage and audience in an explosion of vitality without age barriers. The social value of sport will then emerge in Hall A2 with Andrea De Beni's Adaptive Workout: the athlete and motivator will hold an extraordinary workout that invites experimenting with unfamiliar limits, transforming the perception of the physical barrier into a form of cultural resilience. Closing the circle between trade show and domestic routine will be the Buddyfit Stage in Hall C5, where the leading digital platform will be giving a live display of its flexible and accessible wellness philosophy.
NEW BALANCES: BETWEEN GYM DISCIPLINE AND OUTDOOR DYNAMISM
The technical revolution of this edition will take shape in Hall C6 with the debut of the GDMI 1978. In an area organised by designer Sergio Pappalettera, the public will discover a free body protocol that renounces technological comfort to focus on cohesion and strength of mind. This approach to resilience will extend to the external areas with courses by the Italian Army and Alpine Troops. Also outdoors, the Nuncas Sportswear Stage will host the national debut of Zumba + Lift™ — Beto Perez's programme that combines dance and resistance, along with the long-awaited return of Piloxing® with founder Viveca Jensen. The stage schedule will range from the Evolution Burn System to Monya Mancuso's Powerbound, including the Stellina Fit and Tiziana FitnessStyle focuses, and Nicolò Famiglietti’s Sunday reunion with Luca Anzano, Marti Cops and Martina Baiardi. The beating heart of outdoor activities will be indoor cycling, which will be back in the spectacular ICYFF® ARENA: a fleet of 150 Technogym® Group Cycles will host the ICYFF® National Tour 2026 leg with over 50 presenters and a whole day dedicated to coach training. The verticality of the offer will continue with the walking programs: while in the external area Striding® will be celebrating its twentieth anniversary with an event featuring 50 treadmills, Hall C5 will be hosting the Walking Programmes and the launch of the new WP WALKER, artisanal excellence that raises the discipline’s technical standards. External pools will take the itinerary from land to water with Water Cross, the method that transfers the intensity of HIIT into the pool, stimulating muscle tone while minimizing mechanical stress thanks to the water’s resistance.
