As the Owner and CEO of IDEA Health & Fitness Association, the world's leading organization of fitness and wellness professionals, I deliver world-class content and continuing education to over 303,000 members across five publications, hundreds of streaming videos and courses, and three flagship conferences.

I am also an award-winning leader, best-selling author, certified health coach, and media executive, who has successfully launched, managed, and grown multiple fitness brands, magazines, and programs, such as Oxygen Magazine, National Women's Basketball League, IDEA China, IDEA Korea, and Fit4Mom. I have a vision to inspire the world to fitness and wellness, and a mission to create positive change and impact in the lives of millions of people.
