Lecturer in Theory, Technique, and Methodology of Pilates in the Bachelor's Degree Program in Motor and Sports Sciences (L-22) at the University of Catania, she returns to RiminiWellness as a presenter in the discipline where she truly excels—Pilates.
Former F.I.F. presenter and organizer of a major sporting event, Muoviti, sponsored by the Sicilian Region, aimed at promoting wellness culture and healthy, active lifestyles.
With a degree in Posturology and Kinesiology, she will present “Postural Pilates and Muscular Synergies” at RiminiWellness, alongside Maria Lazzara and her students.
The goal is continuity: teachers who "open the doors" of the Fitness world to young people—the future of the industry.
