I am Caterina Patimo, a yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance International Experienced 500 Plus and founder of Yukta Yoga Studio. After an international career as an engineer, I discovered yoga during a time of great personal transformation. In the practice I found a space for listening, presence and inner balance. Today I teach yoga both in person and online, leading classes, workshops and seminars with the intention of guiding people towards deep well-being through movement, breath and awareness.
