Biography

ATTENTION: I am not Cristina, but Costanza Gavioli From the 2023-2024 season, I have been working as head of nutrition at Parma Calcio 1913 Club, dietitian for the Men's First Team, where I manage the nutritional protocol, body composition, supplementation, and health status of elite soccer players. To scientifically enrich my professional field experience, I am pursuing a PhD in collaboration with the Catholic University of Valencia San Vicente Màrtir, titled 'Carbohydrates periodization and physical loading in élite soccer players'. Thanks also to my background as a track and field athlete, I have the good fortune to also support athletes from other sports, providing them with personalized nutrition plans. I am certified by the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK) level 2, an important international methodology for evaluating body composition in athletes
