Daniela Vitali

She studied contemporary dance, mime and acrobatics for the performing arts and at Silvio D'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Art.

From 1978 to 1998 she was assistant to movements in various mime, drama and opera shows and fashion shows.

She was a prose actress with various permanent theatres from 1982 to 2000.

She taught body expression and movement techniques for actors.

She studied to become a Pilates teacher with Master Trainer Anna Maria Vitali. She has more than 15 years of experience as a Pilates teacher.

She is a 5th level APPI teacher, teaches at the Fisicamente studio in small groups and one-on-one classes and works alongside Anna Maria Vitali in the Matwork, Reformer and Studio training courses at the Fisicamente By Anna Maria Vitali school.
