Association of Pilates Professionals in Italy
The professional Pilates stage
APPI, Association of Pilates Professionals in Italy, is present for the second year at RiminiWellness to spread awareness of quality Pilates and to reveal the multiple benefits that the discipline offers and the great professional opportunities.
On the main stage of pavilion D4, directors of the main schools in Italy and some APPI member teachers will take turns holding free classes open to everyone, both Matwork, bodyweight exercises, and work with equipment to showcase the different aspects of Pilates. The program is also complemented by free workshops dedicated to teachers, an opportunity not to be missed to delve deeper into some aspects of the discipline and update their professional skills.
In addition to the rich program of classes, there will be talks on important topics for Pilates professionals and for those who want to pursue this career, which will also be useful for enthusiasts.
At the stand next to the stage, the APPI staff will be available to provide information about the association, training, and the profession of this discipline that has continued for decades to be among the most appreciated and followed.

A session designed as a concrete support for sports performance: from tennis to running, from football to artistic gymnastics. The work starts from the core to improve control, stability, coordination and efficiency of athletic movement. For athletes, coaches and movement professionals who seek quality, not just intensity.
