Biography

International culinary consultant specialized in wellness cuisine, with over 15 years of experience in developing gastronomic concepts for luxury hospitality. He has created advanced nutritional programs — detox, weight management and sleep optimization for Clinique La Prairie in Switzerland, and developed wellness culinary experiences for iconic destinations such as Layan Life by Anantara in Phuket, the Ayurvedic Resort King's Mansion in Goa and the Shangri-La Hotel New Delhi. He has trained kitchen brigades within Aman Resorts, helping to define an essential gastronomic language, oriented towards wellness, performance and longevity. Lecturer at ALMA The International School of Italian Cuisine in the 'Health & Performance' course, he is co-founder of ALMA Culinary Wellness Solutions, an international company dedicated to strategic consulting in the hospitality sector. His approach integrates nutritional precision, contemporary research and culinary sensitivity, transforming cuisine into a refined tool for balance, energy and longevity.
