Filomena Sacconi is a teacher and professional trainer at True Pilates® Italia. An athlete from a young age, she has been a fitness discipline trainer and personal trainer at the Egofit Napoli centre, of which she was a founder. For many years she has integrated two complementary souls: the dynamism of functional disciplines and the millimetric precision of Pilates. Today she teaches Pilates at her own studio True Pilates Parthenope in Naples and collaborates in the training of future classical Pilates teachers with the True Pilates® Italia centre of Sabina Formichella.
