Franca Rossi

Graduated in Motor Sciences at the Higher Institute of Physical Education in Rome in 1980, she began her professional career teaching physical education at the middle school Paolo Orlando Institute for 12 years.
In 1989, she continued her academic path by attending masters and conferences around the world. At the same time, she opened her own fitness and dance center, from 1989 to 1996, taking care of both the technical and artistic aspects.
Over the years, she has been involved in training fitness and aerobics instructors in Italy and abroad, also working as a national and international presenter.
Her constant need to expand her technical and scientific knowledge led her to undertake more specific studies in the field of rehabilitation and posturology, attending a Master program at La Sapienza University in Rome and completing the full educational path of the Pancafit Raggi® method, from foundational to advanced specialization courses.
Moreover, her meeting with Dr. Vittorio Bellei, a surgeon specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology, further enriched her scientific and anatomical-functional preparation.
Starting in 2001, Franca approached the Pilates technique, obtaining the Certificate of Competence at the Pilates Network school of Jolita Trahan, and has been a teacher there since 2008.
In 2006, together with Dr. Vittorio Bellei, she created her own postural-kinetic training Axis of Life, a foundational technique for human development, anti-aging, and as a preparatory method for sports disciplines.
In 2019, she became a Founding Member of APPI and a 5th Level Comprehensive Professional Pilates Master.
