Gaia Faggiani

Gaia Faggiani is a True Pilates Teacher Trainer with a strong background in classical dance, achieved at the Accademia Nazionale di Danza and the Royal Ballet Chorus in London. She studied Pilates with some of the most renowned trainers in the international network, training at Romana’s Pilates in New York under the guidance of Romana Kryzanowska, at Vintage Pilates with Jay Grimes, and completed Kathi Ross Nash's Pilates teacher training program The Red Thread. She also attended many workshops of master teacher Inelia Garcia of Authentic Pilates Brazil.

Founder of Gaia Pilates Roma, she passionately, rigorously and authentically promotes the essence of the classical Pilates discipline. Alongside her solid technical expertise, she brings a wealth of experience and a mindful approach to the diverse applications of Pilates.
