Former Triathlon Athletic Trainer | Trainee Educator
Three years in triathlon. Today on the Cross Cardio stage.
Giorgia Barrera brings into the studio the one thing commercial fitness often lacks: the mindset of an endurance athletic trainer. For three years she trained triathlon athletes, one of the most technical and demanding disciplines in competitive sport. Today she is a certified Cross Cardio Top Trainer (2026) and is officially on the path toward the role of Educator within the Cross Cardio Academy.
FROM TRIATHLON TO FITNESS STUDIO: THE SIGNATURE OF PERFORMANCE
Three years in triathlon are not just a line on a CV: they are a way of thinking training. Cycle periodization, peak performance management, fatigue monitoring, intensity calibration—these are all skills that Giorgia now translates into every Cross Cardio session.
Her signature is technical precision: every movement has a purpose, every intensity has an objective, every class is a performance protocol disguised as group training.
CROSS CARDIO TOP TRAINER. EDUCATOR IN PROGRESS
During her Cross Cardio training journey, Giorgia stood out for strong execution skills, high musicality, and exceptional movement quality—three technical markers that the method recognizes as hallmarks of a high-level trainer.
For this reason, she has been selected for the development path toward the Educator role, strengthening her professional growth within the Cross Cardio Academy—the educational arm of the method that develops the next generation of instructors.
ENERGY. TECHNIQUE. DEDICATION.
Three words that define Giorgia’s identity as a trainer. Her mission is to deliver effective training fully aligned with Cross Cardio standards, with no compromises. No approximate execution. No improvised intensity. Only real work, programmed like an athlete preparing for competition.
Training with Giorgia means training like someone preparing for a race.
