Helen Al Rahi

Helen is a Zumba Education Specialist for Kuwait. She decided to become a Zumba instructor in 2012.  She was chosen to become a ZES in 2018.  Since then Helen has been working as a Zumba Fitness presenter around the Middle East.
She started Salsa dancing in 2000 a passion for Latin music ever since.  Her career in Zumba started in 2012 as a ZIN but before that she was a student for a year attending regular Zumba classes. In 2018 she became a ZES for Kuwait and have presented in some countries in the Middle East.  Dancing is for the body mind and soul and I am proud to be part of the Zumba family!
Helen is licensed in Zumba B1, B2, Zumba Toning, Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr and Pro skills. She has also been featured on FM 99.7 Radio Kuwait, OFM 93.9, Al Watan Tv (spotlight) and on Al Rai Tv for Zumba interviews and spreading the passion worldwide! Teaching Zumba has become more than a hobby! Dancing is the best therapy for anyone! I hope to dance with all of you soon!
