Skilled in polyphenol recovery via green technologies (SFE, membrane filtration), HPLC and GC-MS analysis, bioaccessibility and stability of bioactives, and in vitro antioxidant assays. Active in national/international projects as Principal Investigator, WP Leader, and participant.
