Jessica Deplano is a Classical Pilates teacher, APPI member with 4th level Comprehensive qualification.
In 2015 she obtained a Master's Degree in Preventive and Adapted Motor Activity Science with highest honors.
She trained with Gloria Gasperi's Pilates E-motion school, becoming a Master Trainer Teacher and currently works with Gloria in her studio in Sarzana.
After ten years of experience in fitness she decided to teach only Pilates convinced of its beneficial effects on the body.
