Lucy Barreto was born in Brazil and now calls Los Angeles, California, home. As a Strong Nation Master Trainer, Strong Tech, International Presenter, and Active Instructor, she combines her passion for fitness with a deep connection to people worldwide.

Movement is her driving force, but Lucy’s mission goes beyond exercise—she is dedicated to promoting health, body synergy, balance, and the power of community. Her journey began in classical ballet, later evolving into fitness competitions and ultimately a career as a certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Specialist, and Wellness Coach.

Lucy has empowered countless individuals to achieve life-changing results, and she firmly believes that every drop of sweat, every jump, and every push brings us closer to building our Legacy, Purpose, and Inner Strength.
