Matteo Morandini

**Matteo Morandini**, born in 1980** and I have been working for over twenty years in the fields of **fitness, wellness, training and organizational development**. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in **operational management, project management, business development, HR management, economic-financial planning and event organization**, building a concrete vision of the sector, oriented towards sustainable growth and the enhancement of human capital. Currently, I hold the position of **Chief Operating Officer at INGEGNO S.R.L.**, where I oversee training development, financial optimization of the group, strategic agreements with institutions and universities, product innovation, event organization, and supervision of local offices. At the same time, I continue my entrepreneurial commitment in **Passion SRL** and the **EHS project in Spain**, focusing on training, growth, and international development. Over time, I have contributed to the growth of projects such as **Passion Fitness** and **FitnessWay**, a company founded in 2014 that has developed nationally, training over **3,000 students** every year. Since 2022, I have also been overseeing the **EHS project**, which has strengthened the brand's international presence in the Spanish market. I have participated as a **speaker and promoter** in significant industry events, including **Padelness Napoli 2024**, **World Sport Istanbul 2025**, and **RiminiWellness 2025**, addressing topics related to **training, human capital, innovation, and development in the fitness sector**. My participation in **RiminiWellness 2026** fits naturally into this journey, with the aim of bringing concrete content, strategic vision, and valuable contributions to industry professionals.
