Former professional athlete and member of the Italian national kickboxing team, he holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Science for Wellness and Health and has worked in the fitness and health sector for over 25 years, ranging from training instructors in various sports centers around the world to ECM courses in various hospitals throughout the national territory. Since 2008, he has mainly dedicated himself to the CrossFit methodology, certifying in 2023 as the first and only Italian Level 4 CrossFit Coach. Since 2017, he has been a Flowmaster for the CrossFit Seminar Staff and CrossFit Country Manager for Italy and Malta.
