Biography
Wellness Economy Strategist, expert in regenerative tourism, branding and marketing consultant for wellness businesses, writer, educator, TEDx speaker, and Founder of Five Dimensions Wellness®.
After an early career in the legal field-working across labor and sports law - she transitioned into public relations, institutional affairs, communication, and marketing within the wellness - and beauty-related industries, ultimately embracing the broader field of the wellness economy.
Through her research, consulting, and educational work, she is committed to fostering an ethical and socially sustainable entrepreneurial culture, promoting healthy lifestyles, and contributing to the development of a well-being–driven economy.
She serves on the STCC Technical and Scientific Committee of SIMTUR, the ecosystem of regenerative tourism professionals; is a partner of the Italian Institute of Bioethics; and contributed to the founding of Medici Olistica Italiana.
She is the creator of the F.R.A.M.S. approach and the Five Dimensions Wellness™ framework-models designed to promote a five-dimensional wellness experience encompassing mental, physical, spiritual, relational, and environmental well-being. These dimensions are seen as essential to balance in order to step into the best version of oneself.
