Paolo Mascaretti

Graduated from Bocconi University in 1989, Paolo joined KPMG in 1990 at the London office in the field of audit.
In 1992, he moved to the Milan office, obtaining the qualifications of Chartered Accountant and Auditor.
In 2001, he became a partner at KPMG Advisory, where he founded and developed the Transaction Services Business Unit.
He has led major due diligence assignments on large and complex transactions including Avio, Ferretti, Vodafone-Tele 2, Esaote, Prada, Sigma-Tau, and KOS.
Since 2015, he has been part of the Corporate Finance Business Unit as head of M\&A for consumer, industrial, and tech sectors, advising both families and Private Equity funds in numerous national and international transactions.
