Paul Steven Anthony Crabtree – CEO of the Italian joint-stock company of the Mikro Kapital Group
With over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, since 2019 he has been responsible for the "Anti Financial Crime Quality Assurance" function at the UniCredit Group, overseeing all processes related to the control system in the areas of AML and financial security.
He has led projects for the launch of new business lines within the Group (e.g., Social Impact Banking Microfinance).
Previously, he held a managerial position within the Group’s internal strategic consulting unit, focusing on international business, governance, compliance, and corporate reorganization projects.
He also held various senior management roles (e.g., CFO) at international banking institutions and consulting firms (e.g., PwC).
He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, with a specialization in the liberal profession of chartered accountant.
