Roberta Prestia

She started to practice Pilates in 2006. After three years of practice, in 2009, with a diverse sports background, she attended a Pilates Matwork training course becoming a Pilates instructor with Stott Pilates in Italy. Over the years of her career she continued her training exploring different approaches and schools.

She started to teach in many sport centers in the area of Catania, in particular, for 10 years, she worked at Viagrande Studios, the largest multidisciplinary center for performing arts and wellness. She organized the "Pilates Sicily Convention” which hosted directors of the main Italian Pilates achools for three editions.

In 2018 she met the Atelier Pilates School of Maximilian Stohr which became an important point of reference for her. After years of study and collaboration, she became a Comprehensive Teacher and then a Pilates Trainer at the Atelier Pilates School where she still works.
