In 2015, during her university studies in civil engineering, she started to take Pilates classes. In 2020 she attended the FIF training course to become a Pilates Matwork instructor. She immediately started to work in a Pilates studio in Calabria but she wasn't satisfied. With the desire to get as close as possible to what was the essence of Contrology, she decided to attend the Atelier Pilates school of Maximilian Stohr. Thanks to this education she became even more passionate about Pilates and this led her to became part of Atelier Pilates staff both as a teacher and an assistant in the training courses.
