Stephanie began dance lessons at 3 years old and dabbled in sports early in life. After a knee injury she stopped activity for two years and had to regain her health and endurance. Stephanie's gateway to her health journey was found in Zumba® in 2010, and she later became a Master Trainer and STRONG Tech for the STRONG Nation® program. More recently she has also stepped into the Zumba® Education Specialist role. Stephanie advocates for work-life balance and enjoys fostering instructor growth and education. Meanwhile, she balances a full-time career as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and family life.
