Ursula De Nittis

Already a professional dancer of contemporary, classical and musical dance, she takes part in Italian and foreign tours with various companies including I Danzatori Scalzi by Patrizia Cerroni, the Compagnia Nazionale by Raffaele Paganini and the Planet Musical by Massimo Romeo Piparo.

In 2008 she approached Pilates following disc problems, became passionate and decided to train at the Polestar school as a Comprehensive Teacher. She also trained in Barre Pilates with Leslee Bender.

She has been teaching for ten years in accredited Pilates studios, constantly continuing to update herself to maintain the stimuli and quality that this discipline requires with international teachers including Elisabeth Larkam, Brent Anderson, Juan Nieto.
