Valentina Vaccaro

Graduated in Sports Sciences, a former competitive gymnast, she was born into the world of sport and athletic training, developing from a young age a deep knowledge of the body in motion. She trained in Pilates with Polestar Pilates Italia, deepening her knowledge of biomechanics, kinesiology and movement techniques at both national and international level. Founder of LoStudioUno Pilates in Potenza, she has been working for over 15 years with athletes, dancers and people of all ages, integrating Pilates as a support for performance, injury prevention and the quality of athletic movement. A Pilates professional and APPI representative for Basilicata, she continues her training by participating in international congresses and programmes dedicated to the study of human movement.
