Monika Lejman is a professional dance teacher, Zumba® Education Specialist, and holistic movement coach with a background in University College of Dance, Stockholm. Since 2014, she has inspired thousands through Zumba® instructor trainings, workshops, and events. With 20+ years in dance and fitness, Monika combines joyful movement with longevity-focused training, empowering people to move, feel strong, and thrive at any age.
