Simone Giovani lives in Reggio Emilia and is a personal trainer and Cross Cardio MASTER TRAINER with a degree in Exercise Science. He played soccer for 15 years before dedicating himself to kickboxing; a discipline in which he competed and won several national tournaments. He worked in banking for 7 years, pursuing his trainer activity only part-time in the evenings after work while competing in kickboxing. Following a serious injury, he was forced to abandon competitive activity and decided to dedicate himself to working as a Trainer. In 2018, he decided to resign from the bank and begin his adventure as a 100% fitness professional. From 2021 to 2023, he was the Technical Manager of two FitActive locations. Currently, he is a Trainer and Instructor for FitActive and Insanyt, and a Cross Cardio Educator. Simone looks to the future with enthusiasm and determination, grateful for the experiences he has had so far in the fitness world and motivated to continue growing, learning, overcoming new challenges, and sharing his passion with others while helping people improve their lives!
