Hi! I'm Tiziana, a certified personal trainer and the founder of the Tiziana Fitness Style method.
My passion for movement started in childhood with artistic gymnastics. Growing up, I became an athlete in the fitness world and spent many years working in traditional gyms, helping hundreds of women regain their shape, energy, and motivation.
But I felt I could do even more. So, I decided to create my own online gym—a dedicated, women-only space where every woman can train at home with simplicity, consistency, and, above all, without judgment.
Through my Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook channels, I've become a trusted reference point for thousands of women seeking inspiration, support, and real results.
Today, I coach hundreds of women daily through my online programs, offering functional and metabolic workouts designed also for those experiencing perimenopause or menopause.
My goal? To help you feel good, strong, and motivated. Not chasing numbers on a scale, but reconnecting with that version of yourself you love, listen to, and take care of.
