LUDMILLA FLEURY, is a passionate Zumba Education Specialist, dance and fitness instructor who has inspired thousands of people all around the world with her Zumba trainings in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Milla has appeared in Zumba DVD‚ worked as a choreography director for Zumba and presented at several international fitness conferences and trade shows across Brazil, Italy, England, Portugal, Australia and more. She started dancing ballet at the age of 3, so she developed an interest in healthy living when she was just a little girl. Originally from Brazil, Milla moved to Miami in 1996 to pursue a career in dance. She has a double B.S. in Dietetics and Nutrition and Physical Education from Florida International University. Besides teaching Zumba Basic 1, Rhythms 2, Rhythms 3, Zumba Gold, Jump Start Gold, and Pro Skills Instructor Trainings, Milla owns a Dance Studio in Miami FL, where she teaches Le' Barre, Jazz, Circl. Mobility, Zumba, Zumba Gold and Zumba kids and Kids Jr.
